Welcome to the Procore - ADP Installation Assistance

Important Note: If you have already engaged with your Flexspring Sales or Delivery Team, this team will work directly with you on what is required to initiate the integration. If you are in contact with this team, no further review of this page is required.

The Procore-ADP integration is not self-installable and will require an executed Statement of Work (SoW) and direct engagement with Flexspring. The Flexspring integration platform, Flexspring, sits in between Procore and ADP. It facilitates the flow of information between the two platforms. In order to enable this data flow, Flexspring will require secure API access to both the Procore and ADP platforms.

For ADP, the following steps are required:

1. Provide your API key information to the Flexspring delivery team. If you do not have your ADP API keys, please continue to step 2.
2. Contact your ADP Account Team and request API access.
3. The ADP Account Team will develop a Statement of Work for your specific requirements.
4. Once the SoW is executed, ADP will assign you a technical resource that will assist you in generating the required API keys.
5. You will then provide the ADP API key to Flexspring, and that will enable appropriate and secure API access.

For Procore, the following steps are required:

1. Go to the Procore Marketplace and locate the Flexspring listing. The Marketplace can be accessed via https://marketplace.procore.com/
2. Select the Flexspring listing and then click the “Install” button.
3. This action will install the Flexspring manifest which enables secure access to your Procore environment.
4. You will then provide your Company ID to Flexspring, and that will enable specific and secure API access to your Timesheet environment.
